Spoken words.
I was born John Rogers Eugene Sandler. That is my name. My dads name was John Lincoln Watson Sandler. He was John and I was Johnny. It is what everyone has ever called me.
In the early 2000’s I met Darlene Domel ‘Darling Darlene’ and William ‘Picasso’ ‘Bill’ Gaglione.
They opened my mind to a world of art that I didn’t know existed.
They call me their son. They are my art parents.
Now, because my surname is Sandler I made a decision to also answer to the name Gaglione as a way to honor them and all I have learned from them both.
Since there were already famous Sandlers’ on earth when it came time to create legacy projects in the comical spoken word form I released them as Johnny Gaglione.
Sandler by title and birthright and Gaglione as an honorary member of the inner workings of sacred art knowledge.
I felt the need to release the spoken words as Gaglione as to not have any friction from the already famous Sandler comedian. Even though it is my proper name.
I am Sandler, I am Gaglione.
It is how it is.
I am extremely blessed to have many people who have guided me into the man I am. Nurturing guiding parental figures. Without whom I would not be who I am.
If you ask Picasso Gaglione who I am he will tell you I am his son.
It is an honor being a Sandler and a Gaglione.
I am both.
